Responsibilities: Service department coordinator and marketing
Carol joined DAC in 2016 providing sales support and marketing with primary focus on the service department. She works closely with the customers and technicians to coordinate all service visits, warranty claims, and PM contracts. She has an extensive background in customer service and sales and marketing and prior to joining DAC, she specialized in fundraising and communications for non-profits. Carol has a BS in Business Management from the University of Maine. She lives in Raymond, ME and enjoys cycling, hiking, skiing, trail running and paddling.
