Over twenty years experience in HVAC sales, specializing in air-to-air energy recovery, custom air handling, variable air volume systems and critical environments ventilation equipment. Formerly President of Oldach Northeast, Inc. for three years, and manager of John Oldach Assoc. Portland, ME office for six years. Also President of an energy audit and service company and Solar Program Manager for the Maine Office of Energy Resources. Graduate of Syracuse University. |

Background: Joined DAC in 1993. Five years as owner/president of manufacturing firm based in Portland, Maine. Six years with Exxon Company in management, operations of oceangoing tank vessels. Retired as Chief Mate. Jim has an undergraduate degree in Marine Science from New York Maritime College, and a graduate degree in Management Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Currently serves as co-chair of the Boston ASHRAE Sustainability Committee. |
